Already releasing 14 songs and now his second project in the last 12 months, NI KO’s versatility and consistency have been paying off and found him early success as a songwriter and artist, gaining the attention of respected A&R’s and established artists in the industry.
From a small town in the woods of Maine, NI KO began his music career just last year with a
budget trip to his first studio session in New York City. With zero prior experience, NI KO
worked closely with 3x gold recording engineer, Zukye Ardella to make his first ever song ‘TALK (SAFE TO SAY)’, which was released in May 2022.
Since then, the alternative rapper & vocalist has kept his listeners on their toes with the
unorthodox and genre-less nature of his discography. Already with co-signs from artists like
Matt Ox, Dro Kenji, and others, NI KO is already well connected to the industry and is paving his career far into the future of music.
NI KO seems to have a new trick up his sleeve with every release. His first mixtape, ‘STILL ME’ released as a surprise on New Year’s Eve 2023 with a modest 4 tracks, but each song offering a completely different personality. Gaining over 200,000 streams in less than 2 months, NI KO is already starting to find his audience and has recently followed up with his second project of the year.
